How does YardRx work?
You take weekly photos of your lawn. YardRx analyzes them and gives you a plain-language diagnosis plus a water-smart care plan tuned to your grass type, local weather, and the season. Over time it shows whether your lawn is improving.
Is the diagnosis professional advice?
No. YardRx gives AI-generated safe-triage guidance, not a professional recommendation. It deliberately does not recommend specific chemicals, fertilizers, or herbicides — those choices are yours and may be regulated where you live.
What's free and what's Premium?
The free tier includes a limited number of scans each month. Premium unlocks unlimited scans, unlimited chat with the lawn coach, and the full feature set. Pricing is shown in the app before you buy.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, so you manage them on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → YardRx. You can cancel there at any time. If you're in a free trial, cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
What is the 30-day satisfaction promise?
If you're not satisfied with Premium during your first 30 days as a paying subscriber, email support@yardrx.app within those 30 days. We'll offer either one extra billing period of Premium at no charge, or help you submit a refund request to Apple (Apple decides refunds). See the Terms of Service for the full details.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your photos, scans, plans, reports, and account record. It's gated behind a typed confirmation and is not reversible. Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately in your iPhone Settings first (see above).
Do I have to share my location?
No. Location is used only once to suggest your ZIP code, and you can decline and type your ZIP instead — the app works the same way.
Where can I read your privacy policy?
Right here: Privacy Policy. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
